1. Introduction

Welcome to the ChannelCrawler Affiliate Program! By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. ChannelCrawler is operated by StreamDNA Ltd (company number 13263813) (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are registered in England and Wales, and our registered office is located at Old Pockford Vann Lane, Chiddingfold, Godalming GU8 4XU. Our website is https://channelcrawler.com/ (the “Site”).

2. Affiliate Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on the following structure:

  • Base Commission: 10% on all sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
  • Increased Commission: 12.5% after generating $5,000 in sales.
  • Premium Commission: 15% after generating $10,000 in sales.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are calculated every month. Payments will be made through Wise and are subject to minimum payout thresholds. All payments are processed within 45 days of the purchase.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

  • Promote Channel Crawler ethically and professionally.
  • Ensure all promotional materials comply with applicable laws and do not misrepresent ChannelCrawler or its services.
  • Do not engage in fraudulent activities or use deceptive practices to drive traffic or sales.

6. Tracking and Reporting

ChannelCrawler will provide tracking tools to monitor your referrals and commissions. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring tracking links are properly implemented.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use ChannelCrawler’s branding and promotional materials solely to promote the program. All intellectual property rights remain with ChannelCrawler.

8. Termination

Channel Crawler reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or fraudulent activities. Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChannelCrawler is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed per the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including those related to data protection and privacy matters, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) regarding any data protection issues.

11. Changes to Terms

ChannelCrawler reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
